Through my dedication and focus on leadership, I advanced to roles such as Administrator and Director of Human Resources for a Behavioral Health Non-Profit in New Jersey, where I led a team of 30 talent acquisition specialists. During the global pandemic, I discovered a deep passion for recruitment and redirected my career to address critical staffing shortages in the healthcare sector.
