About Keiman

Keiman Jefferson is an E-commerce Manager and Technical Recruiter specializing in product management, store management, and implementation. His journey into this field began when he met Chris, who offered him an opportunity to start something new rather than continuing in the hospitality industry. The idea of financial freedom and the chance to build something new deeply appealed to him, leading him to join R3PI.

Keiman is most proud of the progress he’s made in both his personal and professional life. Every day, he strives to improve, and at R3PI, that mindset is shared by the whole team. One of his proudest accomplishments is growing R3PI’s E-commerce function from nearly scratch to where it is now, a development he takes great pride in.

Keiman’s drive comes from being motivated by financial success, but also from not wanting to let down those who have invested in him. He values the trust others place in him and works hard to repay it. In terms of work habits, he believes in having a structured delivery schedule, knowing when tasks need to be completed, and doing things when they come to mind rather than waiting for the right "feeling" to strike.

Outside of work, Keiman enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and caring for his dog. He also likes to unwind with a few video games. While he hasn’t traveled extensively, Ireland is one place he finds intriguing. His favorite meal is Fettucine Alfredo.

A fun fact about Keiman is that he is the only person in the world with the full name "Keiman DreAun Jefferson." His personal philosophy is inspired by Vince Lombardi’s quote: "Perfection is not attainable, but if we chase perfection, we can catch excellence." Keiman believes this mindset drives him toward excellence in all that he does.
