About Jesse
As the Business Development Manager at R3PI, I specialize in new client procurement and outreach. I was looking for a new industry when a close friend referred me to R3PI. I was immediately drawn to the company’s dynamic environment, especially being part of a small business where I can make a tangible impact.
One of my proudest achievements was taking a call from a client located at the geographic South Pole, via satellite relay. It was a once-in-a-lifetime experience that I will never forget. In my daily work, I’m driven by a passion for making a difference and creating meaningful connections.
I rely on the Pareto Principle (80/20 rule) to help prioritize the most important tasks, clients, and responsibilities. Outside of work, I have a deep interest in building model airplanes from scratch and woodworking, particularly crafting furniture. I even built the desk I use to work from home.
A fun fact about me is that I once went skydiving and loved every moment of it! My personal philosophy is "Progress, not perfection," which serves as a reminder to focus on moving forward and learning from every experience.
