As the Chief Operating Officer of R3PI, Evan brings over a decade of experience in leadership, compliance, and operational excellence. His commitment to improving healthcare through innovative staffing solutions and strategic leadership has earned him recognition as a transformational leader in the industry.

Before his role at R3PI, Evan held pivotal positions, including Senior Sales Executive & Partner at Medmetry Inc. and Founder & CEO of Med4Hire Inc. He has spearheaded revenue growth, cultivated key client relationships, and driven compliance and operational improvements across multiple organizations. Evan’s impressive tenure includes overseeing teams responsible for generating multimillion-dollar growth and negotiating contracts with some of the largest healthcare systems in the United States.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Evan is deeply dedicated to his family—his wife and three children—and his community. An avid soccer enthusiast, he has coached youth teams for several years, inspiring young athletes to embrace teamwork and sportsmanship.
