As the CEO of R3PI, I specialize in empowering individuals to succeed in their careers and scaling thriving, innovative businesses. My journey began with a strong passion for helping people and best employment practices. A long career in recruitment and human resources taught me how to scale a business and the true power of human capital. I founded R3PI with the vision of making a difference in the lives of both clients and candidates by offering unparalleled service and solutions.

One of my proudest achievements is creating a cohesive team of some of the best professionals—and even better people—in the United States. I have an appreciation for my colleagues that goes far beyond what they will ever know. I am inspired daily by seeing the personal and professional goals of others come to fruition, and I find joy in going home to my two dogs.

My favorite business mantra is "Never present a problem without a solution," and I always try to keep it top of mind. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my Goldendoodle and 12-year-old hound, traveling, attending sporting events, and trying to tap into my Italian roots to become a better cook—though I haven’t been terribly successful yet.

When it comes to favorite things, I love traveling to places like Nassau and Puerto Rico, or anywhere with a beach. My go-to meal is Mexican food, specifically Tex-Mex, and I’m a huge fan of Dallas, TX—no one will ever convince me that it isn’t the best city in the country. A fun fact about me is that it took 33 years to realize that watching the Dallas Cowboys is an elite way to waste time, and I’ve recently established a theory that Jayson Tatum isn’t good at basketball.

My personal philosophy is simple: always believe in yourself and in the potential of others. Growing together creates a ripple effect that transforms not just businesses but lives.
